Important Things to Know:

There is a $50 Non-Refundable Application Fee for all Oktoberfest vendor applicants.
Filling out this form doesn't guarantee you a spot in the festival.
Applications close on July 25 at 9PM CST.
Cullman Oktoberfest Dates are Thursday, October 2 through Saturday October 4.
Location: Festhalle Farmer's Market and Depot Park.

Specialty vendors (ie. shaved ice) must have german flavored or themed items.

Important Information

Vendors will be chosen based on the German menu items offered and use of the German theme with their menu and set up.

Applications close on July 25th. You will be notified of your acceptance status by August 1st.

Coca-Cola will be a sponsor at the festival, and you will be required to sell only Coke products.

You will be required to share a percentage of your total sales with the festival organizers. This percentage will be calculated after deducting the $200 already paid towards the revenue share from your total sales.

Important Information

Vendors will be chosen based on the German menu items offered and use of the German/Oktoberfest theme with their menu and set up. This doesn't mean all items need to be German, but menus with German items will have priority over ones that do not.

Applications close on July 7 at 9:00 PM CST.

Winning Vendors will be selected and notified on July 12.
